- 打凸碼可放短編號或有效期；同 QR、條碼及細字分開位置。

- 簽名條通常放卡背，先對清尺寸、方向，同附近資料避位。

- 磁條、條碼或流水號屬定制規格；先提供資料格式、編碼要求同示例。
打凸碼、簽名條可按需要選配。要配合系統，先確認設備及資料要求，再報價製作。

Keep key details inside the lines
Extend backgrounds past the trim line. Keep key details inside the safe area.
Add 3 mm bleed on every edge for a 91 × 60 mm file. Keep key details at least 3 mm from the finished edge, within the 79 × 48 mm safe area.
All three areas use the same scale. The screen does not show the actual size.
Mark embossed numbers, signature strips and variable data positions separately, then send artwork for checking.

Check before sending artwork
每一筆資料，都要同卡面位置對得上。
- 01CMYK 同清晰原圖
原尺寸圖片建議達 300dpi；文字轉外框，圖片嵌入。
- 02QR／條碼先試讀
用實際內容測試，保留足夠對比同留白。
- 03加工位獨立一層
打凸碼、簽名條用 100% K 向量標示；同細字及碼位分開。
- 04正背面方向對齊
附完整預覽，核對簽名位、條款同每項資料。
File checklist
- 建議 AI／印刷 PDF，標明正面、背面及加工方向。
- 多人姓名、編號或條碼另交 Excel／CSV，欄位名稱對應卡面。
- 保留一份完整示例，連同實際掃描或讀卡要求一齊確認。

Before you order
啞面反光較少，適合姓名、編號、條款等需要近距離閱讀嘅內容。正背面可分配品牌、會員資料、QR 或簽名位置。
能否穩定讀取取決於尺寸、對比、留白、印刷清晰度同實際環境。QR 同條碼要避開打凸碼、簽名條及圓角，生產前用實際內容測試。
打凸碼同簽名條係可選附加加工。磁條、條碼、流水號及其他可變資料屬定制規格，請先提供用途、資料格式、編碼要求同示例確認。
PVC 耐水，適合日常反覆取用。卡面仍可能因摩擦或存放不當出現刮痕，避免同尖銳物品長期放埋一齊。
成品 85 × 54 mm；每邊出血 3 mm，檔案尺寸係 91 × 60 mm。重要資料離成品邊最少 3 mm，放入 79 × 48 mm 安全區。加工位置及指定圓角弧度請另行確認。
標準由 500 張起，一般預計 7 個工作天，由確認稿件後計。額外加工、可變資料、改稿及送貨安排可能需要更多時間，指定收貨日請先確認。
