Keep key details inside the lines
Extend backgrounds past the trim line. Keep key details inside the safe area.
Add 3 mm bleed on every edge for a 91 × 60 mm file. Keep key details at least 3 mm from the finished edge, within the 79 × 48 mm safe area.
All three areas use the same scale. The screen does not show the actual size.
Mark embossed numbers, signature strips and variable data positions separately, then send artwork for checking.

Check before sending artwork
卡號、簽名位、印刷內容，分開核對。
- 01CMYK 製作
指定品牌色或專色要求，先 WhatsApp 傳稿確認。
- 02圖片最少 300dpi
按成品大小檢查清晰度，避免用網頁縮圖。
- 03文字轉外框
核對卡號格式同條款；連結圖片一併嵌入。
- 04加工位置分層
用獨立向量層標示打凸碼及簽名條；黑稿用 100% K。
File checklist
- PDF／AI／PSD；含加工建議交 AI 分層檔。
- 每張唔同嘅編號另交 Excel／CSV，保留開頭嘅 0。
- 標明印刷面及加工方向，附完整預覽供核對。

Before you order
光面反光較強、手感光滑，適合想突出相片或鮮色畫面嘅設計。想減少反光、方便近距離睇資料，可以比較啞面 PVC 卡。
兩項都係可選附加加工，請喺產品選項揀選。打凸碼用作短卡號等資料；簽名條預留手寫位置。加工內容、位置同所需檔案要先確認。
先提供編號格式、數量同一張完整示例，並另附 Excel／CSV 清單。QR、條碼或其他個別資料，要先確認做法、報價同交期。
如要配合門禁、儲值或其他系統，請先提供用途同設備要求作定制查詢。唔好只按卡面用途決定製作規格。
成品 85 × 54 mm；每邊出血 3 mm，檔案尺寸係 91 × 60 mm。重要資料離成品邊最少 3 mm，放入 79 × 48 mm 安全區。加工位置及指定圓角弧度請另行確認。
標準由 500 張起，一般預計 7 個工作天，由確認稿件後計。需要額外加工、可變資料或指定收貨日期，請先確認實際安排。
